We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract ICP Method Validation Consultant to join our dynamic team in the specialty chemical industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and validation of ICP methods to support the analysis of our products.
This role is crucial in ensuring our products meet stringent quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
1.
Develop and validate ICP methods for the analysis of our products, ensuring compliance with ICH Q3D, USP 232, and other relevant standards.
2.
Perform routine and non-routine analyses using ICP-OES and other analytical techniques.
3.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on ICP method development and validation.
4.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve analytical issues.
5.
Prepare and review technical documents, including validation protocols, reports, and SOPs.
6.
Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and other applicable regulations.
7.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of our analytical processes.
8.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in ICP method development and validation, and incorporate new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
Qualifications:
1.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
2.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in ICP method development and validation, preferably in the specialty chemical industry.
3.
Proficient in ICP-OES, with a solid understanding of ICH Q3D, USP 232, and other relevant standards.
4.
Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise validation protocols, reports, and SOPs.
5.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve analytical issues.
6.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to ensure the highest level of quality in all work.
8.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
9.
Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
10.
Knowledge of GLP and other applicable regulations.
11.
Must be proactive, flexible, and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
12.
Must be willing to continually learn and grow, with a commitment to staying abreast of the latest developments in ICP method development and validation.
