This role will provide Regulatory support for new product development as well as continued compliance for existing products in client's portfolio.
As a Labels Specialist, the role will involve working closely with our Engineering teams and ODM/JDM partners globally to support Regulatory Certifications.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Creates layouts for regulatory labels using software design Utilizes Microsoft tools and Oracle Agile to store files Effectively manages multiple projects of moderate scope including planning, control, and delivery against timelines Documents progress against the project plan throughout the project.
Formulates status reports and presents to the team and immediate manager.
Works in a team environment and able to act independently to address minor issues and risks until resolved.
Qualifications:
Preferred Education:
Associates degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience Preferred Work Experience (years):
1-2 years of experience Key Skills and Competencies:
Possess strong written and oral communication skills Certified in Adobe CC Illustrator, Photoshop Experienced in Agile application Proficient in Microsoft Programs 2010 Word, Excel and SharePoint; Adobe Acrobat Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously across multiple projects Highly detail-oriented and creative Superior organizational skills Deadline and mission driven Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
Ability to exercise judgment, perform assigned tasks, and meet schedules with minimal supervision.
Intermediate presentation skills to cross functional audience.
Ability to work effectively and react quickly to changes in priorities.
