Responsibilities:
Creates layouts for regulatory labels using graphic libraries Utilizes SharePoint and Agile to store files Effectively manages projects of moderate scope including planning, control, and delivery against timeline and budget metrics Monitors progress and deliverables through the team and balances scope and schedule to adjust the project with minimal impact to the business.
Documents progress against the project plan throughout the project.
Formulates status reports and presents to the team and immediate manager.
Works in a team environment and able to act independently to address minor issues and risks until resolved.
On major issues provides recommendations for mitigation plan for review by management.
May lead multiple limited-scope / small derivative projects simultaneously Preferred Education:
Associates degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience Preferred Work Experience (years):
1-2 years of experience Key Skills and Competencies:
Possess strong written and oral communication skills Certified in Adobe CC Illustrator, Photoshop Experienced in Agile application Proficient in Microsoft Programs 2010 Word, Excel and SharePoint; Adobe Acrobat Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously across multiple projects Highly detail-oriented and creative Superior organizational skills Deadline and mission driven Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
Ability to exercise judgment, perform assigned tasks, and meet schedules with minimal supervision.
Intermediate presentation skills to cross functional audience.
Ability to work effectively and react quickly to changes in priorities.
