About the position:
We are seeking an optometrist to treat our elderly patients in nursing homes located in the Suffolk County area. If you're looking for flexibility

Schedule:
Part-time
2 days per week- preferable (potential to increase to more days)
Responsibilities:
Full scope of examining the eyes.
Requirements:
Valid O.D license in the state of NY
Board Certified
Experience with optometry (though new grads welcome!)
Ok to work in a nursing home setting
Ok with mobile setting
Own means of transportation
