Job Description:
Collate P/O's to Invoices Resolve invoice discrepancies Reconcile freight bills Reconcile credit card statements Review and reconcile employee expense reports Code Voucher Process weekly check run Additional responsibilities as assigned/required
Qualifications:
Willing to train the right candidate Strong ability to follow up a must Manufacturing & International Experience preferred but not required Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office/Outlook Excellent communication skills with Customers/Vendors We offer an excellent benefit package to include Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Ins.
