SCitizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) by facilitating the operations of a local Field OfficeAs a FAS, your responsibilities would include:
o Assists applicants by providing requested forms and directing applicant flow,o Answer phones on site and direct calls to the appropriate person(s),o Provide support to applicants utilizing electronic systems,o Schedule and or reschedule dates and times of interviews and naturalization ceremonies,o Perform tasks related to preparing for and conducting naturalization ceremonies, including distribution of naturalization certificates and the retrieval of documentation from applicants,o Provide support for the processing of forms and applications used in the adjudication process,o Report progress on functional area tasks to Site Manager and government as required,o Other duties as assignedQualifications & Physical Requirementso High school diploma or equivalento 3 years of related experienceo Must be able to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance under the Department of Homeland Security from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Serviceso Ability to read and understand proficiently in Englisho Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbsor more in a physical environmento Ability to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching At Sciolex Corporation, our top priorities and most valuable resources are our employees, which is why we offer a competitive total compensation packageWe are a proud Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) who celebrates diversity in and out of our organizationCome see where your opportunities for success can flourishNOTICE:
