Hours are Monday through Friday 9:
30am-4:
30 pm.
Please note that this is a part time position, requiring 4 days from April through August.
September through February:
3 days Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays.
Will require full week when covering Manager's vacations.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
Assisting Office Manager Heavy data entry and scanning Scheduling appointments, scheduling service Set up maintenance agreements Ordering materials and parts Taking in and checking deliveries Occasional running errands Qualifications for Consideration:
Punctual and reliable Follow-up and follow-through on open projects, orders, and appointments Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Pleasant telephone skills and etiquette Takes initiative and possesses an ability to learn quickly Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and calm.
Accuracy / Attention to detail is a must Light bookkeeping experience a plus but willing to train the right candidate.
