Should have knowledge on hardware's like servers, wireless networks, mobile devices/tablets/laptops
Should have technical understanding of voice (VoIP) and messaging (UC), firewalls, web technologies, Databases, Middleware, Frameworks, OSs (server and mobile), virtualization
Preferred:
Experience communicating in the role of teacher, coach, or instructor
Certifications, publications, or other 3rd party skill assessments
Experience in retail, field service, distribution or supply chain domains
Education:
4-year bachelor of science degree
