Project Support, Senior

Overview
Senior Project support specialist,operating on the Service Escalation Team, ensures all escalations and complaints are managed to excellent professional standards and aligned with Zebra?s core values. Demonstrate ownership of escalations and work proactively with stakeholders, management and internal teams, to resolve issues in a timely manner across regions. Develop and deliver customer specific recovery plans. The ability to resolve moderately complex customer inquiries and management escalated issues. The position operates as a Trusted Advisor and support to Zebra?s key customers. Identifies and documents customer issues.
Responsibilities
+ Assists Project Managers and internal teams with projects.
+ May create project documentation from scratch with oversight of PM or subject matter expert.
+ Distribute project plan updates personally to the project team/stakeholders.
+ Schedule / coordinate meeting and be responsible for capturing meeting notes / action items.
+ Proactively manages stakeholder follow up based on timelines and parameters established with the project manager/stakeholders.
+ Applies fundamental knowledge of project management discipline, tools and methodologies to support execution against the project plan.
+ Communicate solutions to customers via multiple channels using effective communication, listening and comprehension skills; diffuses dissatisfied customers.
+ Manage and drive escalations to resolution in a timely manner.
+ Establish correct expectations, enforce relief and resolve through effective communication.
Qualifications
+ Preferred Education:
+ Associates degree preferred
+ Preferred Work Experience (years):
+ 2+ years equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Key Skills and Competencies:
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Solid time management and organizational skills.
+ Desire to learn and apply project management disciplines.
+ Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate change, adopt and apply new skills.
+ Beginner to intermediate skills in PC based documentation tools including MS Office and MS Project.
+ Beginner to intermediate skills in delegation and follow up. - solid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management).
+ Solid verbal and written communication skills.
+ Able to articulate own thoughts concisely to both management and customers. Able to listen well and capture team?s ideas.
+ A proven ability to lead complex projects in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional composure

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
