Senior Manager Program Management,

Overview
Zebra?s enterprise mobile computing software and solution program management team drives the development and successful launch of software products and solutions to the market.
We are looking for a solution program manager who has a passion for driving the end-to-end development of tools and solutions that exceed expectations. A manager that can drive strategic initiatives as well as product development in realizing our company?s vision.
As a solution program manager, you are responsible for leading a cross function team from initial concept to deployment. You will be challenged to meet program goals for product performance, quality goals, regulatory compliance requirements, cost, schedule, and budget.
Your track record must include experience or understanding in developing multi-disciplinary team leadership, collaborating with solution architects and system engineers in product definition/comprehension, deep knowledge of agile practices in the development and execution of program plans, program budget definition/management, management of vendor and contract management, and product deployment.
Responsibilities
+ Manages the end-to-end solution development plan, including mobile device software, related server / cloud based infrastructure, and service offering.
+ Organizes cross-functional and cross-organization activities, including regular meeting coordination, setting program scope and objectives, documentation of progress, and close collaboration with product owners, architects, tech leads, and scrum masters.
+ Responsible for development of and adherence to a solution program plan and budget across the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment.
+ Provides regular status updates to senior management & ensures alignment from key leaders and stakeholders.
+ Recommends corrective actions and implements changes to ensure successful program execution. Identifies and mitigates risks; develops and implements risk mitigation plans.
+ Demonstrates advanced understanding of development processes and product launch scope and activities. Uses experience and knowledge to identify, recommend and implement process improvements.
+ Collaborates with product management, solution architect, and customers to define use case focused requirements and develop into a feature roadmap plan for the solution.
+ Management of global third parties, including facilitation of negotiations with business development and legal.
Qualifications
+ BS/MS Electrical Engineering or Computer Science degree with 10+ years Program management experience in fast paced environment.
+ Understanding of Cloud development and Software/Services development integration.
+ Understanding of technology related to mobile computers: mobile communication and collaboration, wireless infrastructure, Android software development, and related emerging technologies.
+ Full responsibility for at least five significant delivered-to-market product development cycles
+ Strong strategic leadership and analytical skills
+ Advanced presentation, communication and facilitation skills
+ Demonstrated expert knowledge of advanced program management concepts and approaches.
+ Experience with software development best practices including Agile, TDD and Continuous Integration.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
