Site Coordinator Assistant

Cisive is seeking a motivated individual to join our Insurance Risk Management division within our corporate headquarters located in Holtsville, NY.

In this entry level role, the Assistant will support the Site Coordinators with the day to day operations through the following activities:

  • Partner with and provide on-going support to the Site Coordinator team, with duties including but not limited to: maintaining site network, managing site calls and requests, assessing escalation of complaints or site issues, and addressing identified inspection quality (quality control (QC) percentage) areas for improvement and time service

  • Conduct daily site interactions to address time-sensitive maintenance of inspection quality (QC) reports through monitoring of Site Coordinator and Bad Scan queues, inbound fax and email queues, quality control requests from Operations team, as well as customer service requests submitted via the Salesforce program

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports of site?s Quality Control (QC) percentages, general QC review, and Missing Gap reports. Assist in compiling site visit data for field reps

  • Assist with the on-boarding and training of sites (I&R-Sites, E-Sites, W-Sites, Fax Sites) using electronic submission of inspection reports

  • Assist with UAT testing for the launch of updated and/or new mobile inspection applications and/or new site technology

  • Assist in the weekly coverage of the company Switchboard, with duties included but not limited to: monitoring of access entryways and assignment of badges; monitoring of on-site visitors; managing and distribution of incoming calls from main Company line to corresponding departments

  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED?

  • Prior customer service experience required Intermediate computer/keyboarding skills

  • Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent communication skills

  • Strong customer relations skills

  • Previous A/S 400 and/or Salesfore.com experience a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
