Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst, Senior

Overview
The Field Sales Operations Lead serves as trusted partner and valued resource for all TVP / RVP level support needs and requirements. Support sales teams with reporting, data analysis, funnel management, systems and data maintenance, compensation, training and education, and sales tool adoption. Serve as Field liaison and single point of contact for navigating internal operational resources to manage and resolve a wide-variety of field escalated issues and needs. Provide sales support infrastructure that enables the field to sell more, save time and be more prepared.
The individual will work closely with the regional sales teams to ensure issues raised are resolved either through collaboration with peers or working with IT.
Responsibilities
+ Trusted partner and valued resource for all TVP / RVP level support needs and requirements. Examples include:
+ Forecast dashboard management, funnel analysis and management, sales hierarchy management and maintenance,
+ com data integrity, target account list maintenance to drive accurate compensation, systems and tools
+ Support, data analysis, reporting, navigating internal operational resources, etc.
+ Support local sales teams to drive adoption of new tools and processes that increase selling time, improve sales efficiency and effectiveness and enables them to spend more time in front of customers.
+ Modify reporting, data, systems and tools based on territory re-alignments and sales structural changes.
+ Provide comprehensive funnel analysis and management that helps drive informed decisions that improve the sales process and help grow the business. Highlight trends and opportunities.
+ Interfaces with Sales Leadership to identify support needs & trends that increase selling time.
+ Single point of contact for navigating internal operational resources to manage and resolve a wide variety of field escalated issues and needs
+ Provide daily coaching and consultation to the Field on business and operational processes.
+ Voice of Field and represents the needs of sales in meetings and cross-functional projects.
+ Participate in the on-boarding process relative to new user set-up, compensation, account assignment, systems and tools training, rules of engagement, sales support infrastructure education, etc.
+ Align closely with Sales and Sales Finance to assist in quota setting and compensation tasks and activities, compensation data analysis and revenue credit conflict resolution, dashboard management for forecast roll-up, and track accuracy of area bookings and revenue. Report weekly.
+ Aligns closely with Proposal Center Manager on Government RFPs and assists as needed.
Qualifications
+ Preferred Education:
+ BA/BS degree in relatable field.
+ Preferred Work Experience (years):
+ Minimum 5 years of applicable work experience; 1+ Years of Project Management Experience and 1+ Years working in Sales Operations
+ Key Skills and Competencies:
+ Sales Operations or Sales Support Operations experience required.
+ Experience with Government entities/operations is preferred.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Will interact daily with various levels of management.
+ Strong analytical/problem solving skills required. Demonstrated success in process improvement.
+ Must be adaptable to a fast paced, dynamic work environment, strong ability to prioritize tasks appropriately is required.
+ Knowledge of key systems and interfaces (Salesforce.com, Power-BI, Oracle, Siebel, Partnership Builder,
+ Solution Builder) and all other North America Sales & Business Operations work tools required.
+ Advanced Excel skills and knowledge required.
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills required. Will present at sales meetings, provide on-boarding training, present sales operations reviews, etc.
+ Strong coaching skills required. Will provide daily guidance and support to Field Sales.
+ Travel as required (approximately 25%).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
